Managua Nicaragua Adventures

I have often fallen in love with the beautiful women of Nicaragua. I met most of my Nicaraguan friends here in Costa Rica, where they have chosen to live and work. I find the Nicaraguan people to be extremely friendly, smart and very sensual.

Recently I was invited to be a guest at the home of a middle class Nicaraguan family who live in the mountains above Managua, Nicaragua. My earlier visits to Managua have been in the pit of the city, in the heart, the pulse the working districts where heat and filth were the norm.

But here in the mountains the weather is near perfect. And ten minutes by car we drop down to the city where we enjoy great food and shopping. One of my simple life pleasures has always been people watching while sipping coffee or chugging beer. And here in Managua, there is no better place on planet earth to watch and talk to beautiful women.

My host tells me I should not move to Managua because it would be impossible for me to be a faithful boyfriend. I have to agree with him. The first day here I met three girls who asked for my phone number and that night I had a wild time with Jennifer Gonzalez. She took me to a great restaurant for dinner and then an awesome dance club where I was surrounded by gorgeous college students dancing so hard the humidity was well over 100! By the time I got home the sun was coming up and for the first time in 20 years I found no need for sleep.

While Managua has many unkempt roads and dirty properties, the pulse of the country can be found here – its people. I never felt afraid but I have not wandered alone at night in unknown neighborhoods. The rich and middle class have many areas that offer security and great climate too. Managua has the potential to become one of the most enjoyable metropolitan cities in central america.

My friend is a yoga teacher in Managua and has many international students. Weird how yoga has become so popular! We went to an awesome vegetarian restaurant run by a friend of his that was some of the best food I have eaten in years. Of course I brought a few ounces of roast beef with me so that I could get some fast protein.

Next time you need to do a visa run to Nicaragua be sure and visit the heart of the country Managua. Some of the major hotels offer big discounts in off season making your stay economical and fun.
